Your goal will be to plan & write dynamic, engaging content for web, blog, long-form, email, social, and promotional collateral to educate and engage several key audiences to grow website traffic and inbound leads.

The successful candidate should demonstrate the ability to think strategically and creatively, have experience with writing: marketing content, (or journalism), including SEO and analytics, and have experience developing a consistent editorial style and voice for digital audiences.

• Grow our audiences and engagement on Linkedin
• Grow newsletter subscribers and readership
• Grow website and blog traffic

Key audiences and main topics covered will be (but not limited to):

• Professionals: Linkedin for Job seekers, Personal Branding for all, thought leadership for executives.
• B2B Companies: Linkedin for Marketing, Linkedin Ads, Linkedin for recruitment, Employer Branding, Linkedin for sales, Social Selling, Employee Advocacy

We are seeking a Content Marketing Manager to perform the following duties (including, but not limited to):

Responsibilities:

• Researching and organizing facts and sources.
• Brainstorming and collaborating with the team for new ideas and strategies.
• Understanding Extra Mile capabilities.
• Writing Weekly Newsletter.
• Writing blog posts.
• Writing Linkedin posts
• Conducting analysis, identifying content opportunities, to position and grow brand awareness
• Editing and proofreading.

Requirements:

• Passion for marketing, advertising copy and writing.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role (Digital Content Writer/Copy Writer).
• Have a strong grasp of English.
• Excellent grammar and vocabulary.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Basic SEO knowledge.
• Knowledge in Linkedin ads, Google ads, etc;
• English literature degree or A/Level English will be a plus.
• Ability to research using credible sources, for example, Forbes and Business Insider.
