Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Technician at N P Motor Garage in Colombo. The Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and complex repairs on various vehicles. The day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and fixing mechanical and electrical issues, conducting inspections and tests, performing oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements. The Technician should also be able to provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding their vehicle’s condition and recommended repairs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in diagnosing and fixing mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles
• Experience in performing routine maintenance and complex repairs
• Knowledge of automotive systems and components
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Certification or diploma in Automotive Technology is a plus
• Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial
