Role Description

Position: Operational Specialist (Process Automation)

Responsibilities: Bot management, consulting, and training. This hybrid role in Colombo offers remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Analytical & Communication skills
• Customer Service & Training skills
• Experience in RPA bot management or process automation
• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
