Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accountant – UK. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance. They will also provide guidance and support to junior accountants and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of UK accounting principles and regulations
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in preparing financial statements, tax returns, and budgets
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- ACCA, CPA, or equivalent certification is an advantage
- Prior experience working in an accounting firm is a plus
Salary Range – LKR 150,00 – LKR 180,00
UK Shift Time – 1.30pm to 9.30pm (Monday to Friday)
Transport drop off will be provided.
