Job Description

This position is responsible for supporting the company’s financial strategy and operational performance. Duties include timely financial reporting, improving procedures, and providing valuable information for decision-making to enhance financial and operational performance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage finance functions such as billing, payments, collections, and reporting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare financial and management accounts with analysis.
• Plan resources and develop team members for optimal performance.
• Review and enhance internal controls periodically.
• Recommend finance policies and engage in budgeting.
• Conduct variance analysis.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 7 years of finance experience, with 4 years in a leadership role.
• Qualified professional in CA/CIMA/ACCA.
• Highly organized with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and accounting software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Available for UK business hours.
