Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in leadership roles at C4 level or above construction companies.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex civil engineering projects.
- Strong connections with the State Engineering Corporation and other relevant stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and industry-specific technologies.
