Role Description

We seek a dedicated Financial and Administrative Assistant to support our store operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic retail environment and is keenly interested in TCG products and pop culture. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing our financial records and administrative tasks, ensuring efficient store operations.

Responsibilities

● Manage daily financial transactions including sales reconciliations, cash handling, and banking activities.

● Assist with inventory management, including order processing and stock monitoring.

● Maintain accurate financial records and help to prepare reports on store performance.

● Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, email correspondence, and filing.

● Ensure compliance with financial and legal regulations.

● Available to work in-store 5 to 6 days a week, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

● Experience in financial management, bookkeeping, or a similar role is preferred.

● Strong organizational and time management skills.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and any relevant financial software.

● Studying for a Finance or Accounting related degree/ qualification.

● Passion for TCG products and pop culture is highly desirable.
