Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for talented individuals who want to work in Hospitality. We are looking for;

Front Office Staff.

Security.

Food and Beveridge Waiters.

Chefs.

Our property achieves a certain wow factor with guests. What we want is our staff to be as good as our property. We want our staff to be well spoken and clear. We want staff that will follow process and think and react with professionalism. Our aim is to be famous for being the best small luxury boutique hotel in Colombo.

Qualifications

• Experience in working for the SL Military, Navy or Air Force is beneficial.
• Ability to speak English.
• Reporting line for all is Hotel Manager, with certain resources reporting to Owners directly.
• Ability to work in Hospitality and maintain Guest relationships. Professionalism is expected. Guests must leave the property thinking its a great hotel to stay at.
• Comply with the processes set.
• Team work and ability to demonstrate team work.
• Integrity and examples where this was displayed.
• Work hard and work smart. The use of technology is expected.

You are given meals. Accommodation is available however its preferred if you work the shift and go home. Your probation period is 6 months and on completing probation you will be considered for an increase in salary.
