Job Description
We’re seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist for our omnichannel digital marketing platform.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting customers to run digital marketing campaigns through emails and chats.
- Running campaigns for in-house marketing projects.
- Conducting product demonstrations and guiding customers through campaign setup via video calls.
- Collaborating with sales and product teams for a smooth customer experience.
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to educate customers effectively.
- Testing new features and updates for smooth functionality.
Qualifications:
- 1 Year+ experience in digital marketing (Google and Meta).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Quick learner of new software.
- Experience in customer support or SaaS environment is a plus.
- Available to work in the US time zone (6:30 PM to 2:30 AM).
