Job Description

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Assist in achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth.
2. Build and maintain relationships with customers for long-term success.
3. Support brand promotions, social media activities, and market awareness.
4. Update client interactions, market visits, and present findings.
5. Develop strategies for generating leads and market information.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to explore new business avenues.

General Operation:

1. Align with corporate business plans and introduce new product lines.
2. Support the team to meet required numbers and bottom lines.

Competencies Required:

1. Degree in management, marketing, or related fields.
2. 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Industry experience is an added advantage.
4. Target-driven with proficiency in Sinhala and English.

6. Basic managerial skills and good social media proficiency.
