Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Executive at Janasri Mills in Colombo. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing social media accounts, creating content and promotional materials, organizing events, and analyzing marketing campaigns.
The Job Profile
- Developing new business opportunities and leads to increase sales.
- Create and manage digital content for social media, website, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with fashion influencers, engage with the online community, and organize marketing events.
- Promote brand sustainability and traditional Batik fashion techniques.
- Maintain customer relations and handle feedback effectively.
Candidate’s Profile
- Required: Diploma/Degree, 2-3 years apparel/fashion industry experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of Batik industry is an advantage.
