Job Description
Job Brief:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to provide support to our field sales team, acting as a central point of contact for both colleagues and clients. Responsibilities entail organizing team activities, managing schedules, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales team schedules and communication
- Ensure adequacy of sales equipment/materials
- Offer post-sales support and address complaints
- Compile and present sales data
- Track progress and suggest enhancements
- Assist in promotional initiatives
- Ensure adherence to laws and company policies
Requirements and Skills:
- Demonstrated sales experience; sales coordinator background preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and English
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player with a strong work ethic
