Job Description
- Using the proprietary content management system (CMS) tool; building, updating, and publishing client website content; and coordinating with client teams on requirement gathering and clarifications
- Uploading and publishing media to various media platforms
- Supporting the team in ad hoc projects, producing live events, dealing with stakeholders, and managing timelines through production and launch
- Carrying out routine quality assurance checks on content and producing reports
- Adhering to all deadlines and escalating potential issues, as necessary
- Ensuring that programming and projects follow internal policies and procedures and actively seeking any changes in policies
- Working closely with client teams for the ongoing development, enhancement, and management of the CMS and website
- Maintaining procedure documentation
- Establishing priorities for oneself and working concurrently on multiple tasks
Requirements
- Willingness to work during US business hours based on a monthly roster
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information systems, marketing, or related field
- 2–3 years of relevant work experience in content management systems
- Basic knowledge of web development languages HTML/CSS
- Good understanding of websites and basic logic and structure
- Excellent production and quality control skills, with high attention to detail
- Independently understand client requirements and address them as needed
- Ability to identify problems, analyze potential solutions, and make sound decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of/interest in capital markets, funds, and asset management (preferred)
- Experience working with various digital marketing tools and platforms (preferred)
