Role Description:
This is a full-time role for a Manager Retail Procurement at LAUGFS Super. The Manager Retail Procurement will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day procurement operations, managing inventory levels, and ensuring efficient supply chain management. This role requires on-site presence at our location in Colombo.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and focus on customer satisfaction
- Experience in team management and leadership
- Knowledge of sales and retail operations
- Ability to analyze market trends and make informed procurement decisions
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
