Are you ready to join a leading provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions? Prosoft Holding is seeking a dedicated First Line Support Engineer to provide technical support and troubleshooting for our UK client. If you have excellent communication skills and a technical background, this role is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Primary contact for all inbound calls and tickets
- Manage faults, requests, and troubleshoot network issues
- Log into customer systems remotely to fix issues
- Update CRM accurately and follow escalation procedures
Skills Required:
- Fluency in English language with excellent communication skills
- Technical background with knowledge of VOIP, Broadband, Unified Communications
