Are you an ambitious and exceptional individual aiming to make a significant impact? We are looking for talented Regional Managers to join our team and drive our growth and success. We welcome dynamic sales and marketing professionals to lead the sales of globally renowned Medical & Laboratory Equipment brands.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and develop strategic market plans.
- Address customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Strengthen customer relationships and expand networking in the assigned region.
- Manage correspondence related to quotations, tender documents, and proposals.
- Achieve sales targets for a portfolio of internationally renowned medical equipment brands.
- Coordinate and communicate with overseas principals for product updates and information, attend international exhibitions, and engage in business discussions.
Requirements:
- A graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Physical Sciences, or a professional qualification such as CIM.
- 3-5 years of experience in the medical equipment or pharmaceutical field.
- MBA qualification is preferred.
- A dynamic, self-driven, well-organized, and motivated individual with strong leadership skills.
- Ability to prepare reports and manage communication independently.
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Tamil is an added advantage.
