Job Description
Are you detail-oriented and passionate about finance? Aishini Jewellers, a leader in high-end jewelry, is looking for an Account Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Prepare and process invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank statement and account reconciliations.
- Reporting: Assist in generating financial reports for management.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in accounting or finance preferred.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
- Precision and accuracy in financial tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
