Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and optimal pricing.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with project managers to anticipate material needs.
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
• Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports, and price lists.
• Review and process purchase orders and invoices.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products.
• Ensure that all purchasing activities adhere to ethical standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the electrical industry is a must
• Professional certification in Logistics/ Business Administration is a plus
• Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Requisitions skills
• Contract Negotiation skills
• Analytical Skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities
