Role Description:

This full-time on-site role entails overseeing research projects, managing teams, and leading R&D initiatives in manufacturing coating products. Responsibilities include developing formulas for water-based paints, wood coatings, and dry mix coating products, managing product quality, and collaborating with Sales & Marketing. Minimum 4-5 years experience required.
