Job Description
International Distillers Limited, a leading alcoholic beverage manufacturer in Sri Lanka, is seeking a skilled professional to lead our Engineering Team in Kaduwela. Responsibilities include overseeing plant operations, maintenance scheduling, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, 10+ years’ manufacturing experience, proficiency in ISO standards, and strong problem-solving skills. Experience with Lean Manufacturing and ERP software is preferred.
