Job Requirements:
- Providing customer service and resolving all customer issues
- Monitoring shipments and updating key milestones
- Keeping customers updated on their shipments and maintaining relationships
- Following up on outstanding statements and resolving queries
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills, especially in dealing with agents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office at an advanced level
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field
- Must have relevant customer service experience in freight/cargo
