Job Description

The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Admin files
• Invoicing & Payment Follow up
• Audit Filings
• Provide ad hoc support around the office as needed

Qualifications

• School leavers are preferred
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Quick / Independent decision making
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
