About the company:

Singbest Consulting is a leading garment manufacturer collaborating with renowned fashion and athletic brands worldwide. The QA Manager will oversee the QA and QC department to maintain product quality at the highest standard and meet customer expectations.

Job description:

1. Manage QA and QC department to enforce quality control procedures and standards across the factory.
2. Establish and uphold the Quality Management System and SOPs in line with customer requirements.
3. Ensure end-to-end quality control from raw materials to shipments, including supplier quality management.
4. Conduct internal audits, manage external audits and inspections.
5. Track quality performance and generate regular quality reports.
6. Address quality issues promptly, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement plans.
7. Provide training on quality control to internal stakeholders using relevant methods and tools.
8. Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding quality-related matters.

Requirements:

1. Vocational training and diploma in Textile/garment discipline.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in garment manufacturing industry with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
3. Extensive expertise in garment quality assurance system and factory quality control, including fabric, lab testing, and garment manufacturing processes.
4. In-depth knowledge of fabric and garment quality standards for US/EU markets.
5. Excellent communication skills, proficiency in English and Chinese is a plus.
6. Proficient in MS Office suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
