Job Description

The Water Garden Sigiriya & Glenross Living Kalutara are top luxury boutique hotels in Sri Lanka under Union Resorts & Spas. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Sales & Marketing team in Colombo. Be part of our journey and make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with international tour operators for bookings.
• Establish strong relationships with travel trade partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Prepare sales reports and work closely with the marketing team.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and address client concerns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Marketing.
• Minimum 5 years experience in hotel/DMC industry.
• Proven sales and business development track record.
• Proficiency in English and Sinhala; additional languages a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
