Key Responsibilities:
- Tailor-Made Itineraries: Customize each itinerary based on guests’ interests and preferences.
- Rapid Response: Respond promptly to inquiries and maintain clear communication.
- Guest Delight: Prioritize exceptional service to exceed guest expectations.
- Relationship Management: Nurture relationships with international agents for repeat business.
- Travel Planning: Plan luxury travel experiences leveraging Sri Lanka expertise.
- Market Insight: Understand guest expectations to attract international visitors.
Experience:
At least 8 years in luxury travel within the travel and tourism industry.
Knowledge:
Extensive travel experience in Sri Lanka and understanding of the luxury travel market.
