Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Biomedical Technician at CMD Diagnostics located in Colombo. As a Biomedical Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and calibrating medical equipment. You will also perform quality control checks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
– Associate degree or higher in Biomedical Equipment Technology, Electronics, or a related field
– Experience working with medical equipment in a clinical or laboratory setting
– Knowledge of biomedical equipment maintenance and repair techniques
– Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
– Understanding of medical equipment safety and compliance regulations
– Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
– Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
