Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of ICT products focused on corporate clients.
- Draft requirement specs, business cases, go-to-market strategy, and oversee solutions development and delivery.
- Identify corporate customer requirements and devise suitable ICT solutions.
- Enhance products/solutions with feature additions and alterations.
- Establish business partnerships with service providers to meet objectives.
- Present solutions or provide training internally/externally on assigned projects when needed.
- Evaluate and enhance solutions continuously in line with the product roadmap.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Engineering from a recognized institute.
- 1-2 years of experience in ICT or with a Mobile Network Operator (MNO) in a Business Analyst, Product/Project Management role preferred.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate at all levels.
- Strong administrative, logical, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages; knowledge of Project Management tools a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala.
