Role Description
This full-time on-site role as a Cafe Manager at CAFÉ CHOCOLATE in Stratford Avenue, Colombo 6 includes overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining quality standards, and driving sales. Responsibilities also entail inventory management, financial reporting, and enhancing customer experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service
- Sales skills
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Previous cafe management experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field a plus
