Role Description
This is a full-time Chef De Partie role located in Colombo with Leading Restaurant Group in Sri Lanka. As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, supervising junior kitchen staff, and ensuring the quality and presentation of dishes. This role requires strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Creativity and ability to develop new recipes
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
