Job Description
Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Assistant at Iconic Rent a Car PVT LTD. The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to executives, manage expense reports, facilitate communication, and offer general administrative assistance.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
- Proficiency in managing Expense Reports
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in General Office Administration
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Prior similar role experience is a plus
