Job Description
As a Food and Beverage Cost Controller, you will play a crucial role in overseeing cost calculations and executing short and long-term financial planning for our Food and Beverage operations. Your responsibilities will include controlling and setting pricing strategies to optimize profitability.
- Over 5 years in a similar capacity within the hospitality industry.
- Food and Beverage-related qualification preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical abilities, decisive decision-making skills, and effective communication skills.
- Proficient in handling POS systems, as well as cost and inventory management systems (Scienter, Taurus).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
