Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Front Desk Receptionist at VS Information Systems (Pvt) Ltd located in Colombo. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, answering phone calls, handling mail, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
