Role Description
We are hiring a Group Operations Manager to drive operational excellence, optimize processes, and ensure key performance indicators are met. This full-time role involves leading teams, implementing strategies, and enhancing efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience in operations management
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and strategic thinking
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Supply chain and logistics knowledge
- Apparel industry experience a plus
- Advanced certifications in operational excellence preferred
Experience
– Minimum of 8 years in operations management (5 years in senior role)
