Job Description
International Distillers Limited, a leading alcoholic beverage manufacturer in Sri Lanka, is looking for a dynamic individual to oversee manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include plant operations, productivity enhancement, data analysis, strategic development, resource management, and employee development.
Candidate Profile: Must have a degree in Management, Engineering, or related field, with at least 10 years of experience in large-scale manufacturing. Proficiency in Quality Management, Lean Manufacturing, and strong analytical, problem-solving skills required.
