Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Head of Student Recruitment at Regent Educonnect located in Colombo. As the Head of Student Recruitment, you will be responsible for leading and managing the student recruitment team, developing and implementing student recruitment strategies, and driving enrollment growth. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify target markets and develop effective marketing campaigns to attract prospective students. You will also oversee the admissions process, manage student recruitment events, and build relationships with educational partners and institutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in student recruitment, admissions, or a related field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective student recruitment strategies
- Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques
- Experience in conducting student recruitment events and managing admissions processes
- Understanding of the education industry and market trends
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other recruitment tools
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize recruitment strategies
- Flexibility to travel and work outside regular business hours, if required
