Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Head of Student Recruitment to lead our student recruitment strategies in Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in overseas education, with proven expertise in student counseling, partnership management, and strategic marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and enroll prospective students from Sri Lanka for global educational opportunities.
• Lead, train, and manage the local recruitment team to achieve and exceed enrollment targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, universities, and other educational institutions within Sri Lanka.
• Organize and participate in education fairs, seminars, and workshops to promote our study abroad programs.
• Collaborate with international partners and educational institutions to ensure a diverse and attractive portfolio of study options.
• Analyze market trends and student feedback to continuously improve our service offerings and recruitment tactics.
• Ensure compliance with both local and international educational standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in student recruitment or counseling for overseas education.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of the education sector and the specific needs and challenges of students studying abroad.
• Ability to travel locally and internationally as required.
