Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an HR Assistant in Colombo. Responsibilities include providing administrative support to the HR department, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, managing HR documents, and coordinating projects.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures
- Experience with HR software systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
