Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Colombo, with flexibility for some remote work, as an Intern Accounts Assistant at ENGEN TELCO/SOLAR. As an Intern, you will support the accounting team in daily financial activities, including data entry, accounts payable and receivable processing, and reconciliations. You will also assist in generating financial reports and maintaining accurate financial records.
Qualifications
- Degree or pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Previous internship or work experience in accounting is a plus
School leavers who have studied in the commerce stream are also encouraged to apply.
