Job Description

Requirements:

– A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management.

– Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and communication skills.

– A genuine passion for a career in human resources and talent acquisition.

– Ability to work collaboratively with other HR professionals and team members.

– Availability to work full-time.

Responsibilities:

– Partner with account managers to understand client needs and job openings.

– Use various channels to source and identify potential candidates.

– Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates’ suitability for specific roles.

– Achieve cycle targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

– Develop strategies to headhunt candidates from our existing network.
