Job Description
As the Manager Business Development of Sri Lanka, you will be responsible for overall region development, including onboarding new overseas education partners and maintaining relationships with existing partners. You will visit study abroad agents’ offices, train teams on partner programs, and identify new business opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop Business/Recruitment Partners.
- Conduct client research and meetings with industry players.
- Manage existing clients and promote sales growth.
- Present solutions that meet clients’ needs.
- Establish rapport with new clients and set sales goals.
