Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Share Expansion: Increase market share in both retail and wholesale channels.
- Develop annual marketing strategies and plans for the brands.
- Enhance corporate brand image and provide strategic insights for growth.
- Formulate effective marketing strategies and demand planning initiatives.
- Oversee marketing plans implementation by managers and executives.
- Develop sales forecasts and provide insights for new product development.
- Collaborate with agencies for campaign development and analysis.
- Manage sales and marketing events for successful brand activations.
- Ensure brand safety and integrity through effective planning.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business. Master’s degree or CIM, SLIM certification is a plus.
- 3-5 years’ experience in marketing management with proven leadership.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication, budget management, and innovation capabilities.
- Experience in team management and collaboration.
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of industry trends and landscape.
