Role Description

This full-time hybrid role at BRE Automation entails working as an Operations Specialist responsible for bot management tasks, including implementation, maintenance, and support. Additionally, the role involves providing process automation consulting services and training. While based in Colombo, this position allows for remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills, Business Process Improvement, and Communication skills
• Customer Service and Training skills
• Experience in RPA bot management or process automation
• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles
• Ability to work independently and remotely
