Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team for a crucial 3-month contract role, focused on completing a pending construction project. This position requires expertise in navigating government approvals and a solid background in project management.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the completion of a construction project within the specified timeline.
- Manage all aspects of project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and government agencies to ensure timely approvals and adherence to regulations.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role, particularly in construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of government approval processes and regulations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in project management will be a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.
