Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Colombo for a Quality Assurance Executive at Midaya Packaging Industries(Pvt)Ltd. The Quality Assurance Executive will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products manufactured and complying with quality standards. Key responsibilities include conducting quality inspections, developing quality control measures, analyzing and improving production processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality issues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality assurance or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and procedures
• Experience with quality inspection tools and techniques
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
