Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor and Civil Engineering at Akp Hospital Project located in Colombo. The Quantity Surveyor and Civil Engineer will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project’s cost and contractual requirements, including preparing cost estimates, conducting feasibility studies, managing budgets, and providing technical advice on civil engineering matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in quantity surveying and civil engineering
- Strong knowledge of construction costs, contracts, and regulations
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional certification or licensure is a plus
