Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for both interior and exterior projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses.
- Manage and control project budgets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize project costs and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and legal requirements.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
