Job Description

The intent of the role is to support the Regional Marketing Activation Specialist in coordinating regional marketing efforts across international products locations covering both the AP and EAMESAGM regions covering several countries across 4 continents. The role entails coordinating with the in-country marketing teams in gathering information, getting updates on projects status and preparation of regional reports and presentation.

Key Deliverables

Energy Transition: B2C Offset program expansion

• Coordination with the markets to collate relevant info to track results, develop dashboard & secure feedback.

Newsletter Coordination

• Assist Regional Marketing Activation Specialist in collecting and collating the Quarterly Marketing Activation (MA) newsletter content from countries, by coordinating with the country Marketing Leads across both AP and EAMESAGM regions.
• Share the collected information with the agency and coordinate with them to ensure that the final newsletter is ready for submission by end of quarter plus first month.

A&SP Coordination

• Support the MA regional Marketing Specialist to ensure the country A&SP template is update on a timely manner by coordinating with the country Marketing Leads by end of each month.

Special Regional Project implementation coordination

·      Support the MA Specialist in driving key regional projects across both AP and EAMESAGM regions by coordinating with the relevant country Marketing Leads in obtaining status updates, tracking, and troubleshooting. 

·      Assist in key social media governance projects across the region.

Regional Reporting

·      Coordinating with the markets across the AP and EAMESAGM regions to collate relevant information for the monthly and quarterly reporting.

·      Assist with the analysis and reporting of this information.

• ·      Develop key dashboards and monitor performance. 

Requirements/Qualifications

• Marketing or Business-related courses
• Project management skills
• Communication skills
