Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservations Agent to join our team at Ramada by Wyndham Colombo. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with booking reservations, managing inquiries, and providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and emails related to reservations
- Assist clients in booking and modifying reservations
- Provide information on rates, availability, and services
- Process payments and confirm reservations
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer interactions
- Collaborate with other departments for seamless service delivery
Qualifications:
- Experience in a reservations or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
