Role Description

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Officer for Housing Loans on a contract basis. This role requires on-site presence in Colombo, with tasks including customer communication, administrative support, customer service, accounting, and office administration.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
  • Basic knowledge of Accounting principles
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Banking or financial services industry experience is advantageous
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
