Job Description
We are on the lookout for Sales and Marketing Executives to join our dynamic team at Regent Sri Lanka. Executives will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their parents in selecting suitable programs for the students to achieve their dreams in Dubai and the UK.
The Job:
- Handling queries from customers and prospective students, and providing them with proper guidance.
- Managing student registrations.
- Following up on student queries received from social media and other sources.
- Maintaining up-to-date information regarding intake dates and payment structures for all our programs.
- Meeting monthly and annual assigned KPIs.
- Appointing, meeting, and following up with agents from all provinces.
The Person:
- Possess an HND or Degree in Marketing, Management, CIM, SLIM, or an equivalent Professional Qualification.
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the private higher education industry.
- Expected Skills: Result-oriented, dynamic, convincing, excellent communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong track record in following up leads and achieving given targets.
- Fluency in English and Sinhala, preferably Tamil.
- Knowledge of university admissions and career pathways.
